Badges

Badge registration for 2008 Summer NAMM is now open to all active NAMM Member companies. The free badge deadline for 2008 Summer NAMM Show passed on May 16. Badges are now $25 each within the company allotment. There are no badges available over the company allotment.

General Registration will be open Thursday, June 19, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and each day of the show, Friday-Sunday.

How do I request additional badges over my company's allotment?
In order to combat the growing visitor badge situation at Summer NAMM, over-allotment badges are unavailable this year. Visit our Badge Allotment Policy Statement for more info.

On-Site Registration Fees

NAMM Members: $25 (Subject to allotment)
Replacement Badge: $50 (One per person)

Registration Hours
(Located on Level 3 just inside the Commerce Street entrance)

Thursday, June 19          8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Friday, June 20               8 a.m.-6 p.m.
Saturday, June 21          9 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday, June 22            9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Badges are required and must be visible at all times while inside the Nashville Convention Center. You must wear your appropriate-colored show badge, based on the following badge categories:

RED: Exhibitor, Manufacturer Rep.
BLUE: Buyer, Distributor Buyer, Retail Employee
YELLOW: Visitor, Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers
GREEN: Exhibitor Employee, Associate
CLEAR: Media
BLACK: Artist

NAMM reserves the right to refuse admission and revoke your badge at any time. Transfer, sale or duplication of your badge in any way is prohibited. Matching photo ID is required to gain entry to the trade show floor.

Violation of any of these terms may subject the holder to further action, including but not limited to, confiscation, revocation of your badge, expulsion from Summer NAMM, and civil and criminal prosecution.
